Game Store Refusing to Honour Its Ts&Cs

Viktory, I disagree that Game's trade-in is excellent. My daughter went to trade in a game on thursday, 50 Cent Bulletproof, only 2 weeks' old, and all they could offer her was £12 if she bought another game or £8 cash. This was a game they were selling at £37.00 for new.
A couple of days later I checked with blockbuster, just out of interest, and they would have given her £23.00 cash!!
I would never trade in with game again without checking elsewhere first. I didn't dare tell my daughter what she could have gotten at Blockbuster.Decluttter 2022⭐Declutter 20230 -

Does anyone know whether I can return the console+games back to GAME via post as I tried to return the whole package today at a Game store but the manager stated they don't accept console returns within their 10 day policy. I can't find anywhere on the Game website stating that they won't accept a console return unless anyone knows any different?
My question is, can I return the whole lot back to GAME via the post?
If yes, does that mean I have to spend money on booking a courier?
The manager is talking out his !!!!!!. Print out and take a copy of the T&C page and wave it under his nose, you can return them.
If you do however want to send them back, you can do it that way.....info from website

If they break them after they have gone through the till and you have paid they are interferring with your goods and have no right to do so.
Good points. Never thought of that - was just a bit surprised when they did it at the time.0 -
IOn the FAQ section the website does state ....
You can return goods to your nearest GAME Store (check our Store Locator to find your nearest GAME Store). Please note: You must return any item using the original invoice supplied with your product and have your credit or debit card used for the original purchase with you for the store to process the refund.

The whole of this website is about saving money.
The original thread was that someone saved money by buying a bundle from Game and got a refund on items he did not want.
He used Game's own rules to do this. He did not lie or cheat or steal. Everything was perfctly legal. He then told other people about it so that they could benefit from it if they so wished.
Isn't this what moneysavingexpert.com is all about?
If Martin Lewis had told us about this loophole on BBC Radio 2 exactly as he has done with other methods of making or saving money, would anyone apart from Game have complained through this forum?
Well done to the OP. Thank you for the information.
