Hi Spudlett:j I lost 2lbs this week on that SW malarky.

I feel a bit sick at the moment though as I have still got cold sores and now a mouth full of ulcers........makes you miserable when you have a sore mouth:(

I havent been able to have a kiss from OH for over a fortnignt now. Just feeling a bit sorry for myself and I dont know whats causing them either.
But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.

the mouth ulcers could be the stress recently Lou which has made you run down (which would also explain the cold sore). I've just googled and apparently vitamin C is a good thing to help stop them.

Thanks for that BB, I do take multivitamins every day but maybe I should up the vitamin C intake too.

You are right on the stress thing, first it was my job and the farce that was and now OH redundancy thing which still isnt sorted yet. I suppose things eventually take their toll.

I know you shouldnt wish the time away but I cant wait till its Friday and I break up for half term for a week.
