Hi Spudlett:j I lost 2lbs this week on that SW malarky.
I feel a bit sick at the moment though as I have still got cold sores and now a mouth full of ulcers........makes you miserable when you have a sore mouth:(
I havent been able to have a kiss from OH for over a fortnignt now. Just feeling a bit sorry for myself and I dont know whats causing them either. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
the mouth ulcers could be the stress recently Lou which has made you run down (which would also explain the cold sore). I've just googled and apparently vitamin C is a good thing to help stop them.

Thanks for that BB, I do take multivitamins every day but maybe I should up the vitamin C intake too.
You are right on the stress thing, first it was my job and the farce that was and now OH redundancy thing which still isnt sorted yet. I suppose things eventually take their toll.
I know you shouldnt wish the time away but I cant wait till its Friday and I break up for half term for a week. But these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
