I find home made vegetable soup and sugar free jelly are invaluable! No points in either. Eat as much as you want and go back for more!

250g of fruit salad (1.5 points) is great with the jelly.

Porridge is very filling for a long time, at any time of day - not just at breakfast. Put a little honey, syrup, etc on if you wish.

Best wishes with gaining the lighter you!
  • I'm doing WW, on 23 points per day, got to loose about 2.5 stone, some of this is baby blubber but most of it is wine belly! :rotfl:

I find WW tinned soups are good and filling, the Morrocan Chickpea & Tomato is gorgeous, with a couple of slices of WW bread comes to about 3 points (depends on what soup). Soups are on offer in Tesco at the mo, 3 for £1. Have made the 0 points soup in the past and its not bad but I end up with it all over the place when I try and blend it! :o

I'm a WW too and have been for 23 months. Lost 90lb so far but its a bit of a slog now. (put a few pounds on over Christmas, but then who doesn't? )

Anyway, can someone tell me where I can buy the WW noodles? Have they been withdrawn or something? They were so cheap, about 42p packet - 4 points if I recall correctly, but mixed through plenty of stir fried veggies it was a cheap, low points meal.

I need to go back really.. They send me a voucher for a free weigh in, as I'm a previous gold member (but 10lbs over goal!) Might just bite the bullet and go back.. What days does everyone weigh in?

Also, hubby made me a desktop calculator bless him.

Right! I'm going back on, starting Monday.

My free weigh in (or £3 off any product) runs out 14th feb, so that's the time I have to lose 5lbs so I'm only 5lbs over goal,t hen I still get to weigh in free and buy two boxes of those lovely chocolate crispy thingies! :rotfl:

My weigh in is on Thursdays, too.

We have a "Lose Weight" thread which has been running for ever (nearly). Everyone is welcome, regardless of what plan they follow. We have SWers, WWers, Calorie Counters and a few who are just cutting back - everyone is friendly and we all try hard to motivate and support each other regardless of their chosen plan.

It's a sticky at the top of this forum, so pop in and say hello.

Pink - you can't pass on the SW password, it is copyright protected.

    Hi consultant31,

You have quoted an old post of mine and pointed out that we can’t pass on the slimming world password as it is copyright protected. You are quite right.

If you look at the date of the post that you have quoted you’ll see that it was made some time ago (December 2005). At that time the password was being posted on MSE on a regular basis. As soon as I was made aware of the copyright issues I closed the password thread and referred it to the team (June 2006).

Hopefully by now everyone knows that we are not permitted to post the passwords on MSE. If not, I’m sure the regulars on the Lose weight thread will point it out and refer it to the board guides or the MSE team. :)

    Hi everyone,

As we already have a sticky slimming thread that incorporates most of the weight loss programmes I'm going to close this thread and ask you to post there as it helps to keep all the posts in one place.

To get support and encouragement if you are trying to lose weight please post in this thread: Lose Weight 9

    Good luck. :)
