could we get a thread going for weightwatchers points....I can't be the only one going to weightwatchers on this site and I am so struggling because i dont know the points for so many things I eat......i have just joined and finding it really hard...maybe we could all help each other with suggestions on how to get the most from our miserly 18 points etc ?????

I use to be with weight watchers and still have a few word documents with points on them, for things like chocolates and some take away shops, if you want it

thanks so much....its all those things that arnt in the 'switch' book but you eat anyway and then feel guilty cos you dont count them cos you dont know the points etc.....then you give up.that was so good of you to list them all.i have printed it off its going to be my BIBLE over xmas

i only has 1st 3lb to loose, it took me about 6 months but i never followed it religiously, i always found when I went out drinking and lost count I lost more weight that week! i guess I was just lucky!If i helped in any way feel free to press thanks !

To calculate the WW points take the calories (kcal) for the portion of food you want and divide by 70, then take the saturated fat (also for the portion) and divide by 4. Add these 2 number together and round to the nearest 0.5. This is the number of points. So you don’t have to buy their calculator to work out the points for foods not listed.
So kcal/70 plus saturated fat/4.
