Might take a lot longer for the walk to get sorted into the frame and bagged up in the correct order as your tuesday guys not a regular. Whereas the regular guy knows the frame like the back of his hand and gets outside to deliver it earlier.
Saturday is normally easier than a weekday.
Back Log - Would that of been about the time of the Industrial Action? several months back?
Tuesday guy is our original postman so he has no excuses.:p
Saturday is a different one completely.
We live in a village so we are used to it and if we get late post we just say oh I must be so and so delivering today. I know both the postmen and the post office staff so there's no real problems.
It was after their last holiday before Christmas but it has happened when both the two regular postmen have been off..
You want to hear the meter reader complain about the amount of driving and walking.:rotfl:£2 Coins Savings Club 2012 is £4

and i remember people saying they couldnt understand what the problem was with posties starting later
just to add,why do people constantly feel the need to talk about when we had a 2nd delivery?
its gone,never to return0 -
Mine is normally delivered between 12 and 2pm weekdays and between 10am and 11am on Saturdays...at least I get a delivery every week day. They are good with parcels, if I'm out they leave them in my "meter" cupboard which is normally unlocked or with a neighbour and pop a card through my door.
But then I do live close to a big sorting office!Debt 30k in 2008.:o Cleared all my debt in 2013 and loving being debt free

And our postman never delivered parcels - he used to stick a "sorry you were out" card through the door with the post! I caught him out one day, when I opened the door and asked him for the package. Surprise, surprise; it was in his car!
Did you complain? If not then don't moan. This is clearly a rogue postman, and if you don't let his manager know how do you expect it to improve.
If you told them, then I hope it improved. If you didn't then don't complain.0 -
I wonder how many people coming on here complaining about the Royal Mail actually take a look at their mail and realise where the vast portion of the profit goes to??
Royal Mail HAVE TO change things and thats started with revised walks.0 -

ps. I didn't mean to press your thankyou button!!
no theres no point complaining on here if its not done in purpose. How do you expect things to improve if you don't tell the management so they can do something about it??0
