Is the print screen on it's own button or is it like a secondary function on the button? eg, on mine 'print screen' is the blue function of the 'insert' button, so I'd have to click on the blue 'fn' button to make the print screen work
Try pressing 'ctrl + v' in paint or word instead in case it's something to do with the paste function.0 -

On some keyboards - mine for instance - you have to press the 'fn' key and the 'prt scr' key (which in my case is also the 'insert' key).
SNAP bargainhuntergal!Be careful who you open up to. Today it's ears, tomorrow it's mouth.0
