Oh no! Have you entered your postcode in the box under the first large box? My first claim wouldn't go through until that was filled in and it only allows 8 characters. If all else fails, take a screen grab (press prnt screen then open pain and edit/paste) or at the very least make a note of the code and ring them in the morning/on Monday.

Could someone who's won draw a diagram of the deatils screen and say what goes where? then everyone would something to refer to if they get the problem when they win? as I think there've been a couple of people now with no labels on the boxes.

ive sent them an email with the code date time and amount of win - god knows if they will honour it
i feel gutted as my son was clicking for me and he was thrilled - so excited

do you put the code in yourself on the form then name adress and stuff ?

Has anyone had labels on the boxes? Both of mine were blank (besides the questions at the end) so I just guessed what to enter where.

I wonder if it's some sort of security software on peoples comps which is blocking the box labels? I'm not sure if that's possible or not but I guess it would explain it?
