    Well done Daisy and Pot o Gold!

    I had the same problem with the form Daisy - no text to say what should go in which box. I mustve got lucky cos it went through - just hoping the voucher turns up!

    i'm sure when I did the refer a friend thing on my old laptop the boxes didn't have any labels either, but they're there when I look now so maybe i'm imagining things.

    No the code was already pre-filled in and the box was greyed so I didn't touch that, I just filled in all the details I posted previously in the boxes underneath.

    Have you all allowed "pop ups" when you're clicking??? This could be the reason??? Don't know - cos I haven't won, but just wondered. Good luck all x

    im using firefox so might be something to do with that

    can anyone talk me through a screen grab - ive pressed print sc but it wont paste into paint or word ??

    Press print screen, then copy and then paste it into word

    Mine were all labelled and kept a copy, but have tried to report it here for you to see....but isn't staying laid out the way it should:o

    you need to press ctrl or alt at the same time as print scr
