Ok, rang them up a few weeks ago to ask for my auto cashback, whilst I was on the phone I thought I'd check and see if the system had been updated to £93.03 for the 3 months. Unfortunatley, it has not, and no one knew what I was talking about ! :mad:

They told me to fax in the letter that I received (from CPW), but I asked if I could send a photocopy of the letter when I send in my claim and they said that was ok.

SO, don't forget to send in that letter or you won't get your full cashback ...
