Oh no, what a pain starnac. I think this happened to CAFC this month too, not sure if she managed to get th charges waived but it might be worth swapping hints.
My lovely OH has agreed to loan me the cash to clear my cc before it incurs interest (I have insisted on paying a 'gift' to him recognising the interest he will lose out on by not having it in his savings account) - I was going to ask my parents but couldn't face the conversation.
This means that I can make my salary go for a lot longer than just the time that I am employed.
Oh and on the job hunt front I sent my cv to an old colleague and got a jd that he wants to discuss with me, I am meeting an old headhunter contact and have am having a chat with another ex colleague with a swanky contract at a very, very big company this coming week and a company I currently work with have said they may want me to do some odd bits and bobs of contracting for them in the future. All of this would be short term work (the first is a permanent job but I wouldn't take it as perm) if it comes off so I might be on a day rate which doesn't give long term stability but does give short term high income and should allow me to move quickly after I finish up where I am.£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)

I am a bit weird and I quite like packing, it is the unpacking I can't be bothered with, I still have a suitcase from three weeks ago sitting behind my front door with all my stuff in.
It is similar to how I like stripping a bed but can't stand making one
Clearly I only ever like to do half a job - lol£34,547 (Dec 07); Current debt: £zilch (Debt free December 2010)
