Thanks everyone for your wishes for my Nan, it is her birthday tomorrow and unfortunately they are keeping her in for a few days, all I know at the moment is that they think she might have had a mini stroke as she doesn't remember falling over, she has a lung infection (she's a smoker), don't know anything else yet, my Uncle was calling my parents tonight so they might update me tomorrow, they are going to see her tomorrow.
Thanks SavingHolmes re credit card, I'll make a payment soon so it comes out tomorrow and then do the rest on Tuesday when my other money goes in.Sealed Pot Challenge #0160 -

morning everyone!, its nice and sunny here this morning, well I have paid another £35 off the dreaded A&L card last night which consisted of the £13 refund I got from overpaying another CC card when I paid it off and £22 refund on some paint when I bought too much last week to do the kids rooms.
But today is going to be a BIG spend day, dd wants to go see take that next year and the tickets go on sale at 9am so I have 3 to buy (£165!!!!) with any luck they'll be sold out before I manage to get them lol!!!Aug GC £63.23/£200, Total Savings £00 -

Morning everyone!
Hope everyone that wants the Take That tickets gets them!
Paid today but when I looked at my overdraft it is not good so I told OH we are on a serious budget for November! Don't think he is too happy but we have lots of expenses in December (as does everyone) so he will just have to grin and bear it!
Have another £200 paid off. Will have more during the month and will be able to pay off my RBS card which is a plus!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Done one review so far, im up to 12k miles on dooyoo, just need to do another 4 today and that will average me out at 2 a day since i joined, so quite happy.
Just made a yummy hot chocolate as well as the weather is diabolical here... Gingerbread flavour yum yum, at least the weather stops me from going into town and spending money!Wealth is not measured by currency0 -
Mmmm. Hot chocolate!!! I have to make do with tea and I love hot chocolate!
Had a nice tea though last night, basil breaded chicken and chive mash. Yum yum. OH and I made it together which is a rare thing. He is usually the cook!
