What a totally lovely sunny weekend. Lots of MSE things likely walking by the river and cheapish picnic lunch. Afraid I didn't do my overdue sort out of last 6 wks bills / statements etc. It was too lovely to be indoors. Even watched the tennis outdoors - well I was on the balcony and the TV was indoors to stop glare :rotfl:

Sounds like everyone has had productive weekends :T

JLewis voucher have been sold now so will update my sig. Forgot that only £10 of scratchie money is actually profit, but getting the other £10 will be nice to have back as well. ;)

Have updated my sig for various reasons. Paid extra £235 off Virgin CC today, so £544 on it anymore and will be paid off by end of August as planned.

Also checked the conversion rate on my student loan and pound is definitely getting stronger. Capital used to be £9,806.05 but now down to £9,551.47 so that's round £250 saving so decided to lower it in my sig as well, but went for £9,600.00. So, now I'm under £12K again! :) For the interest I've put how much I will have accumulated untill end of August, cos that's when I'm sending some money over and then will update it to the end of December one. Have kept the interest a month to the last one, so might actually be paying more off than I realise, which would be lovely. All interest should be paid by end of this year and then I'm seriously starting to reduce my debt and not just pay interest off. Feeling positive.

Well done Tirlittan, you are going great guns!

I am not doing much debt-busting as I am too bust packing for the move. I can't wait to go but so much to do before we leave the flat. Also seem to be spending loads of money on removal van, moving boxes etc etc!

    Hope everyone is well!

    Hiya,

Moving next week. The 22nd. Can't wait for it all to be over and done with. Moving to a nicer place though and will have 3 months extra money from our friends moving in so it's all good!
