On the subject of the renting saga,
inform your agency that 3 months have been unpaid and therefore you want them issued with notice (which youre entitled to do i think after 3 months), and you want the security deposit paid to you, to cover the costs, which is half of what its used for...
Plus I was under the impression that when using an agency, they should cover the un-paid and they should be hassling the tenants on your behalf.
I would threaten them with taking your business elsewhere, theyre making money off you, so talk with your cash....
No big money making schemes for me.... feel all blah not being able to make overpayments etc. My new barclaycard hasnt come through yet either so cant do the BT yet.... desperate to know what my limit is and what Im going to be able to transfer over.
Well done everyone for their efforts today, some good numbers coming up YAY xxWealth is not measured by currency0 -
Phew this AQA is hard work. I have researched all my questions just need to fit them into the tiny amount of letters they allow now. Reckon this bit will take longer lolProud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712

Thanks CAFC,
They have paid the rent but just been slow about it so don't think we can serve notice. I think we will speak to agency and get their contract terminated. I think we will have to give them 2 months but will seek advice from them. So frustrating though.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

CMD - I have only written rough notes at the mo and think I will write them up tomorrow at work when I am in professional mode lol.
I think I have to have the test back in 48 hours and I am working Friday so not sure if you will have time to review them for me. Unfortunately I can't check my emails at work. Thanks for the offer though.Proud to be dealing with my debts - DFW No: 712
