I shouldn't be surprised, even now, that warning against cpw companies draws fire. It's always from those who have used E2Save before without a problem - YET; and who also don't bother keeping up to date on these threads. I ONLY attacked cpw and (as one of their ardent defenders pointed out) NOT the other company (phones4u) which was recommended in the same breath. One other thing they got right (about the only other thing) is that I HAVE recommended phones4u and continue to do so. That is because of what these two organisations are like NOW - not in ancient or even relatively recent history based on limited experience. I have taken out dozens of contracts with them for myself and others - but steer others away from them now. I ALSO recommend strongly and consistently that relying on what a company is like NOW (i.e. Phones4u) is NO guarantee of how they may behave in the future - and E2ave is the clearest possible proof of that should it be required. I still therefore also strongly recommmend that no-one enters into any cashback deal from any source unless they are prepared to do a LOT of research AND keep up to date. It's a simple fact that most don't - although the numbers are increasing thanks partly to these threads.

Those who attack my comments so readily may like to reflect on the reasonable number of people on here that I've helped extract payments from E2Save when all seemed lost; Quentin and others have done the same. If I (and they) didn't give any advice a lot more people would have lost out. Ignore the warnings as you will - it's YOUR money, not ours! I would still use E2save (as I have also said) but when they choose to try it on - and they do - I am well prepared and happy to respond. I'm not sure too many others would be.

If I stirred up a hornets nest, so be it; my comments stand are are completely justified. I'm sure the OP (especially if they DO actually do some real research on here) will be in a fair position to make their own minds up, taking or leaving my advice as they choose.

There are some new free 12 moth contract deals out on Phones4u website

You could even earn some money via a cashback site;)

Just thought I would add that my wife and my work colleague have phone contracts with E2Save and neither (so far) have had any problems with cashback. Both of these contracts were taken out subsequent to the increased numbers of 'failed' claims. I have no doubt some people have problems with cashback from this company but it is by no means all that have problems.

    You have been lucky.

There are not just the many threads detailing the problems/case histories on this forum - there are many more all over the net.

It would be wise to heed the feedback and protect yourself before YOU become the next victim (for all those who haven't yet been selected for the e2save treatment NOW).
