I used this online service to great effect after OneStopPhoneShop messed me about.
It costs £30 but you add this to your claim. Takes about 5 minutes to complete but internet explorer worked better for me than firefox.
They send a letter to the company who owe you starting court proceedings, and if this is ignored I believe you win your claim more or less.
I received an out of court settlement within a fortnight.0
