O2 - I no longer trust O2 and have actually cancelled my DD because of it.

I am still no further forward and still receiving texts and calls saying my account is overdue,when in fact it is £148 in credit!! it is just that there system "can't see that yet!" according to the latest agent I spoke to,no apology,and the underlying hint that I should just put up witht the calls and texts and not bother them about it till the computer gets its act together. ......5 page letter of complaint awaiting response too.
I will keep you posted,but think I will start a new thread about it to keep the O20 -
