they had signs up saying 70% off and you were still not happy:eek:

They often had "50% off plus extra 20%" during sales, so certainly 70% off is nothing special for kitchens!

However, the rest of the furniture wasn't so heavily discounted.

  • anyone know if its 70% off everything or only selected lines, as they have a mattress for £99 that I really want to get but doubt there is 70% off it. But maybe worth looking to see if I can get a decent sofa reduced down to £99.

  • went to the gloucester branch yesterday 2 people serving not very helpfull..remember it's 70% off rrp price anyway. If you buy anything you have to buy the whole job lot..not many bargains as most of the stuff was in the sale previously anyway.....

Heard a rumour that lease is up sometime next week so will be reducing items even further in a couple of days if they haven't already been snapped up.
Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!
  • we went to the Caerphilly one yesterday, but didn't buy anything. There was a specific tall cabinet I wanted that had been in the sale the past few weeks, but I didn't want to buy it was we only have cash or a debit card. Anyway, we went there in the hope we could buy the display model, but they're only selling the whole display together in one go (costing almost £1000)! The prices seemed also higher then than the previous weeks. Even the bedroom ranges, you had to buy the whole display costing hundreds of pounds. It's a shame as I think they could've shifted a lot of things if they'd allowed people to buy them seperately. As it was, I didn't see many people buying.
