greetings all- just found the cafe this morning, oh I'll have your cake Sharon and I will eat it as well! Must try to put on some weight. I am one of those MS people with funny leg/foot. Kids never listened to me so cant be suprised that my leg ignores me. How young do you have to be? Glad I found you all as I don't get out enough.......

As young as you feel, of course .... says he on his birthday ....

Happy Birthday Altocumulus :bdaycake: Look out we'll need a fire extinguisher for all those candles:rotfl: Didnt realise you were that old Alto:rotfl:

I have been rushed off my feet today - I got up late:mad: - I blame the two girls who live upstairs, noisy beggars (I had to bash on my ceiling last night to get them to be quiet). Now I like classical music along with everyone else but I object to it being played at full volume - then they taunted me with Joseph and is ruddy dreamcoat over and over again:mad:

I nipped out today for a copy of Eve magazine because I wanted the free mascara (great hexmas pressie), came home, debugged my computer, did four lots of washing, pegged some out on the line and the rest is behind me on the airer.

Did all my washing up too - I have let it pile up since Saturday:eek:

Now I need to put my feet up and have a pot of English breakfast tea with sugar, milk and some biscuits for dunking:D

Good afternoon Lucyhope, Ducati06 and Lame Wolf, and welcome to our cafe :T

Our cafe is a pain free zone, so you can leave your worries in the bucket by the door, and relax a while in peace :A If you'd like to be a member of the crocks club (stop sniggering at the back, I can see you....) just let me know and I'll sign you up to the first post ......

Hi Horace, just in time for afternoon tea, I see. Sounds like you have had yet another disturbed night - that's so unfair - you need your beauty sleep :D (can I borrow your copy of Eve when you've finished reading it, please?)

Ooh, yes, I'd like to be signed up, please.:p

I've got to nip out in a few mins, DH needs a haircut, so I'll go into town with him (parking using my Blue Badge saves a fortune in MK) and have a mosey round John Lewis while he's being "fleeced".

Thanks for the coffee and cake.:D
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

A Wooligan is an MSE OldStyler who knits items for charity. Look onto the old style forum "Knit a square.." or yahoo group Wooligans.
We have knitted a myriad of items such as premature baby hats, burial gowns for babes that don't survive, teddies, boobs (yes really), hats for sailors etc.
If you want to knit in the old crocks cafe you will be more than welcome.
We may be old crocks but we can help other folks.

I'm still under the weather but so so happy to have virtual friends visit me.
Just a large cup of lemon tea with ginger cake please.
