yeah this is a good deal, one of my friends who works there says they look quite good quality stereos. They are not big name brand but are most likely rebrands of older systems with the USB and SD card function thrown in. Definetly gonna try to get one... make the commute a bit more bearable :snow_laug0

I don't think this has RDS, which is pretty useful on a car radio.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

Judging by the display would have thought it is RDS, also is that a RDS logo on the right of the CD slot there?

being a car enthisiast i wouldnt touch these with a barge pole, you get what you pay for when it comes to ICE (in car enyertainment)
better going to https://www.caraudiodirect.com, if you want to pick up a good stereo0 -

with all my respect, did you try Lidl stereo to make quick judgements. I am not a fan of Lidl stores, but all products I got of Lidl, Aldi, Tchibo - is last longer than most advertised brands. All tech products comes with 3 years warranty - so you pay with confidence. Don't look at price, Lidl in most cases cheaper for the same products which you can buy from UK stores.
regards caraudiodirect, is not well known site and its hard to say about their customer service. Sure you would not advise something you didn't try to use.
Thanks, but Lidl deal sounds better.Have you got something to share - Do it.

Go to neither. I agree with the earlier poster that it probably does have RDS (stupid not to mention that in the description), in which case it represents extremely good value for money. Not everyone wants to drive a chav boombox on wheels.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

Den - why aren't you a fan of Lidl? Fabulous place. Oh and this site has been plagued with pests advertising their own car radio businesses before, so treat that posting with caution.Time is an illusion - lunch time doubly so.0

Emphasis mine. Nice feature to have, espesh if it has a timer function (doubtful). Shame it's not DAB too though.
