voice typing thingy

I'm looking for a voice typing program thing for my pc, that won't take forever to train and is cheap or better still free. Can anyone recommend any?

I am writing this by using speech recognition
How am I doing so far okay I suppose
Thank you for listening to me
The one I am using is inside vista I find it very good.
And it does open internet explorer and other programs.
this is good,
it likes windows live mail.
