Abusers of the chat forum

Is it just their id that gets banned. Or can their email address also be, to stop them signing up again.

    since anyone can get hotmail accounts ,they would have a hard job barring them all :xmassmile and going by experience there isn't a way to stop them if they really want to get back

    Not forgetting with VBulletin their is an option to Track IP addresses.

    don't some ISPs use changing IP addresses??
    and anyhow wouldn't that take time and effort ,I don't think we get enlough banned to be bothered,but then what do I know :snow_laug

    Broad Band is a Static IP whilst Dial-Up is DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) basically means the IP address will change each time you dial up.
