How many years minimuim should one have paid in,in order for the person to be able to claim incapacity benefit?if any minimuin required?

You might be better off posting this as a seperate thread in benefits and work instead of on the end of a thread about disability forums? I think it's about 1-2 years though, but Incap has changed, new claimants can't claim IB anymore
