    Thank you foxxy..... as I've said in previous posts , I'm newly " disabled" , and I've got to say , its only through disabled friends and peeps on here that I'm beginning to find out all these things I can get help with!! :T

    I've bookmarked those links , and I will most definately be having a good nose later on!!:D

    One I use frequntly is www.arthritiscare.org.uk They have a few different forums, including working life, and one for young people with arthritis.
