aww huggles bobiliscious one...mr bob needs a good slapping if you ask me - not of the physical variety but of the "what you up to" variety! Good on you though for trying to get on with it (although I suspect more than a little hurt underneath the bravado - just cos were twins!)...shame that he chooses not to be honest about it - I presume because he knew you would be upset which makes it even more cowardly...naughty mr bob. Anyway baby bob says you can share hs shiny new years log with hidden treats in it if you like - says hes happy to share if it will cheer you up. I would offer wine and chocolate but alas there are sitting on my derriere which is expanding at al alarming rate! As suggested get yourself a good book, or a good weepie film (best bet for times like these - have a good cry and let it all out) and a bottle of wine....here if you want a chat but meanwhile huge hugs for you and try not to get too down about it - you are responsible for your actions and he is responsible for his...
mizmir I plan to save the 4 pennies for a holiday - at this rate should be goingby the time I'm 70...!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0 -

Well today i have completed a mystery shop, but i am honestly wondering whether it is worth it or not. I have another one tomorrow and i will see after that.
Am feeling a bit disgruntled with life at the moment. I think it is because Mr.B has gone into work for three days when he isn't paid extra and is given days in lieu..given that the Christmas break was supposed to be just that as he was using days owed him..I am totally naffed off. He was supposedly wanting to spend more time with me and sorting stuff out, instead it is back to the usual routine and falling asleep on couch at night. What am i supposed to do?? I wish i had an answer! We have spent all of Christmas with relatives visiting and i was looking forward to some 'us' time for a change...so i suppose i know where i stand in the list of priorities:mad:
So i have made a resolution to stop waiting around for folk and get on with my life, all chances are given and i refuse to feel guilty about situations not of my own making anymore.
So i am going to work as much as i can and basically get out there and join clubs and just get my life back..i am totally fed up of not having one and if i have to listen to him snoring on the couch again or moaning how knackered he is...... i will strangle something:cool: :rotfl:
So that's my New Year's resolution.:D
Hope everyone else has had a good one..off for a mooch then make tea.
Bob xx

Dear me ... I thought I was doing badly with quidco at £2.31 - seems like I was positively a millionaire!
In terms of Real Life - Bob, I'm sorry you're feeling bad, I'd be feeling terrible in your shoes, absolutely. I think you're making the right decision in getting on with your life - of course, its easy to say, but not so easy to do, especially if you're someone who feels guilty - so, as with everything, the answer is - post on here! Most of us are in exactly the same boat, in one way or another. I certainly am.2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -

Hi everyone, have calmed down a bit now and am looking forward to making wonderful plans for the year.
Thankyou so much for the rally round..I know it sounds daft but i take folk at face value and thought he would stick to his promise of wanting to do more things as a couple. I actually feel sorry for him as in "He is hidebound in his own personality way". Had a massive row and feel better for it, although next time will pick..not driving and having a row..what folk must have thought of us..oops!
So striding forward into the New Year, am going to be grasping every opportunity coming my way and i am looking forward to good company along the way.

Eek to the driving and having a row at the same time - I've done that, and it scared me, quite frankly, but sometimes it seems to be unavoidable.
Grasping at the opportunities with you - I've just done one, actually: I made *two* social dates next weekend, usually I only do one. Hurray!2023: the year I get to buy a car0 -
Well done KC, it is hard to do these things sometimes and then you will be thinking, 'what on earth was i worried about'
I have made a start on the CD's so expect one anyday.xBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?
