Olive, i suspect you read or write for them...a good money earner, eh? Out of curiosity i had a look at their writer's page, and the daily thread would be more suited.

Don't think it can be classed as a Mills and Boon thread this. It's the quys that are trembling reading this, not the women.

I'm making a run for it.
    g'night.

Just looking at the time George, did we keep you awake? No need to run.

Waves to Miss KJ, apologies as my diary is usually very serious and lots of moneysaving going on. Honest.

Well folks on debt busting front, Mr.B has negotiated his credit card %'s down..he is being good. Re the car, hmmm. We do need two cars as train and bus fares will come to over £14 per day and that is with a monthly saver and going to next train station as that puts us into the Greater Manchester area so is cheaper.
Unavoidable with the nature of our work, so Mr.B got on the phone again and got his payment reduced by half. Obviously will have to be repaid back at a later date, but they are still saying after that we can return the car. Not sure on the info on that and told him to get it in writing, but so far he is playing ball and actually doing something about his debts which is a good thing.

So lesson for the day, negotiate, negotiate, negotiate .oh and write for Mills and Boon who have extremely high standards by the way. Lets me out then!

    Have a good day everyone.

Sorry to admit it Bob, but i wasn't lying awake all night thinking about you and your thread. It was the toothache. Got some antibiotics, but they don't help with the pain. Had to call off work today.

Good news on the negotiations and getting Mr Bob on side.
    Keep up the good work.

No need to apologise George, toothache will excuse you anytime. In all honesty it had nothing to do with me whatsoever, some folk on here read far to much into a sentence:confused::rolleyes: Hope the antibiotics work:D

It is going to be a long hard slog with Mr.B, but i have put 25 years hard labour in so the next bit should be a walk in the park..shouldn't it?:o

And therein lies the rub Pepe..he has been spoiled by all those nurses lately!

He was eager to tell me what had been arranged this morning. The most important thing though for me, was that he said how relieved he felt afterwards..and negotiating wasn't as bad as he thought.:D

Which is a good way to start the day. Well morning, as i had spent two hours in the hospital with DD2's diabetic nurses and i thought i could talk...sheesh:rotfl:

    How are you these days?
