mobileshop want to offer me early cashback

Just missed a call from mobileshop asking if i would be interested in an up front payment rather than wait for the cashback deal to mature. Any one else had this and what terms did they offer?

Got one last week, offered £220 now but means losing £140 over the next 9 months IF they do pay out everything, I decided to not take it and just wait for the whole £360 ...hopefully!
