Very appropriate that it was you Lorian! Keep up the good work.
We're off for a couple of weeks break now so hopefully all will be sorted when we return - or not!

    Oh !!!!!! :rotfl:

Mine is quite happy left on all the time - very very few No Signal issues at present. Only annoying thing is lack of programmes on EPG at certain times and when there is duplicates of them. Other than that it records everything we need to. Hope this update resolves all the major issues so we arent left hanging on for more updates.

It's a problem that others have reported. Have you deleted the timer?

    Lorian,
I have now deleted the timers and I think its now 'stable' (ie. can watch freeview sometimes, NO SIGNAL other times.)

However, the HD is still showing as Zero MB.
It hadn't been shaken around or moved before this happened, so I don't think it can be an internal connector come adrift, and I'm not going to open it to find out.

I'm hoping to take it back to Aldi tomorrow.

    Regards,
    Dranz

I'm sorry to hear that. Did you try reformatting the disk?

Yes, the unit switches off and then back on a few secs later.
I've tried as many 'reset' things as I can find.
