It can be worse than that. I did a phone a pizza for Gyp and the reimbursement was £5 less so beware.

I'm going to ring them tomorrow. I used a very legitimate work email address but it made no difference. I'll let you know outcome!

    Thanks nads, I appreciate that!

having noticed the other day that for chicken and burger jobs after you have dedcuted the money that you have spent you only get £4 to cover your time going to the premises in question and then typing up your report.
(Quote edited to remove client name)

You don't even get £4 - you have to spend more than they reimburse for the burgers (don't know about the chicken). The spend for me has usually been 29p plus, over the allowance  . I only pick them up if I am going to be in the location any way. If it is a burger eat in, it is 15 mins of time plus doing the report, which takes me 12 minutes. So for half an hour of work it is just about acceptable as a top up job. A drive thru is obviously quicker. I won't ever put myself out to do one though!

It's with RE, but you need a business email address, but maybe your uni / college one would be ok, like xxx@xxx.leeds.ac.uk, because even if you worked there the end bit would be the same anyway.

Bryssn - did you go to uni? You can apply for a uni email at most unis FOC - I know you were looking for a business email?

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: You can tell by my response that I didn't!!!

It's not really that I'm thick or anything, it's just that I had to leave school halfway through exam year because I have Kidney Disease - otherwise I would have done!! Never did get around to taking the exams later which is something I regret. Maybe one day.........................................!

    Thanks for that anyway Josie:D

Please can someone advise me about completing the report for that RE casino job? On the first page it says 'Amount required' and then 'receipt required'.

So for amount, do I put in the total of the fee AND the reimbursement, and for the receipt, do I just put in the receipt total, although that only covers the food?

hi s cat, i would put the full reimbursement only. and then just your receipt for food. when i did my report i only put the food amount, i emailed them and asked them about my gambling money and they just reimbused me the whole amount.

I signed up to GR 2/3 days ago, have completed my personal profile etc - is it normal that there are no assignments to view etc?

This is normal for GR. When jobs become available they email you, although you normally have to be very quick as they are often snapped up within minutes.

The site will then show jobs they you missed as well.

I joined them at the beginning of December and have only had half a dozen job offers since then. It depends on what they have in your area. I guess my area is not one of their hot spots. I haven't been able to do any yet for them because I can't MS until after 4pm weekdays and they have all needed doing before that time. If I remember rightly, they will email you when the jobs are there (please correct me if I am wrong someone!), but you can log in & check whenever you want.

If you haven't done so already, join as many companies as you can to maximise your job opportunities!

I think it was about 2 months before any jobs showed up for me... and it wasn't that I'd not logged on quick enough because you can see the jobs you've missed and mine said zero! I don't know why there was the delay, but thought I'd mention it so you don't worry - maybe they use a rotation system or something and your name doesn't get put into the rotation until the next round of jobs or something?
