I wouldn't worry too much about it, I was starting to think the same but it took about a week for them to come back and tell me I had passed, so fingers crossed you'll hopefully hear soon :)

Heard back today funnily enough! I've been accepted :D . Now going to see how they work!

EDIT: oooooh had a peek, very nice :D. Just need them to activate me now. I don't know if I can pick any jobs up until then or not! Bye Bye burgers lol.

How long do jobs normally stay as "pending" on RE? One that I did last Saturday is still listed as "pending", and no points have been given for it yet. The previous ones I've done for them have all been marked and moved to payment stage within a few days!

I have had a couple randomly take up to 14 days to come through. I think it depends on the client - the rail station jobs are often slower than average, the sandwich shop and pub chains are usually quick.

Give it a few more days yet then. But if it gets to two weeks and you still haven't heard, I'd give them a call.

One of mine has been pending for a few days now, it's not normal, but at least it's not just me!
  • Hi everyone,

Just got a quick question that I'd really appreciate some help on, if poss! It's regarding a supermarket job for TNS - I know I'm not allowed to post the name up here, so am hoping someone will have psychic powers and magically guess which one it is; it's a major chain, if that helps at all!

I've read through the briefing pack and the questionnaire, but am still confused... the questionnaie lists loads of different departments which you're supposed to visit and ask a question in each one. I don't think I have to visit them all.... but I'm just having trouble working out which ones I *do* actually have to visit - how do you find out? Is it just the ones on your 'shopping list'? I'll be there all night if it's all of them!

Thanks in advance! I am slowly ploughing through all the info in this thread and have actually read up to p.98, but doubt I'll be able to read much more before I have to do the job!

Scaredy Cat - I totally agree re. GAP travel agents! I did one last week, and after completing it I think the fee should have been double what it was! Took me 40 mins to actually get out of the shop, and then nearly the same again to do the report as they wanted comments. Not doing one of those again!

Attempting to pay off our debts! Balances Jan 2018 -
    Family member £3,700 - Virgin CC £1,000 - MBNA £1,700 - Barclaycard £2,500 (was £2,700) - Halifax CC £1,280

Quick question re the shop that sells stamps... Do you have to have a particular debit card as I completed the initial questions then it said I couldn't proceed ?

    Hi all,

I signed up a little while ago with a Netherlands-based company called AQ Services, who were advertised in my Google Mail account (guess I get a lot of of mystery shopping emails). Has anyone worked for them before? The latest job offer I received from them was by email as follows, with a £20 fee.

This is right on the border of my legit/scam boundary, so I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone else has had any dealings with them.

I have done work for AQS, but it was through another agency....had no problems, all went smoothly and paid OK.
Maybe give AQS a call to reassure yourself?

glitterjunkie, there was the answer to this about 6 pages back (I think!)....they're so confusing, it takes me forever to work out which depts to visit. Sorry I can't remember where it says which ones to visit.

I've done a few of these and I still don't get it. The shopping list, yes that is the bulk of it, but they always ask about the magazines and papers too. If anyone can shed some more light I would like to know too. Generally I do the whole store and make notes about each department. There are not that many in total, but I know I could do it quicker.
