Is anyone online who can help urgently please?
I have just done a MS with audit for GFK to a supermarket cafe (blue & white, every little helps). One question that has me well & truely stumped is 'Were the ice packs in place?' Well I looked everywhere & couldn't see any obvious ice packs. Am I being really thick?? If anyone has done one of these, I'd be really grateful for help! TIA x

ETA: We have no idea when the shops will done - only that they happen once a month and we get the result a few days after the shop! We also never check our CCTV etc but we do try and work out who it was if we don't click at the time!

Out of interest, what did she do that made you think she was a MS?

Maybe at the fish counter?

I've not done one of these but hopefully someone will beable to help soon.
Only ice pack i know are the medical sort !

Sorry - I went to do mine this afternoon but they had no hot food left so the brief says just to let them know via email & enter that on the report, which will bypass all the other questions then. You have to let them know if you can do it another time, but you do get paid for this one.

I hope by that they mean not to carry out the Audit either - I'm assuming that's what they mean - at least, I hope that's what they mean as I came straight home & just emailed them like it says !

Not the fish counter, this was purely the cafe!

Ice packs? Was there maybe a chiller section with something like yogurts in? Or maybe there are ice packs of some sort in the display fridges? I've got one of these jobs booked, so i'll be on the look out for them, but that doesn't help you now, sorry about that

Don't some cafes have loads of ice around the supplies of yoghurts and that kind of thing?

I was unsure with that part too, it wasn't clear in the brief was it? Luckily (or not lol) there was hot food being served where I went. The brief said it should be cooked to order after 3pm but it was still in the hot cabinet over an hour later!
