The Mystery Shopping thread - part 6

Well I did my phone job with the black envelope today. And I ended up presenting the staff member with the envelope and she was quite a happy little bunny. She was very good though and if I hadn't have been msing I would actually have bought the phone she was awarded for recommending. Must admit my heart was thumping and I wasn't sure what would happen but when I presented it to her and gave her the speel she smiled and said "we were wondering when one of you would turn up?" So alls well that ends well.
My phone contract comes to an end at the end of March and I'm looking for a mobile that has good internet connectivity so I can check my e-mails when I go back to work in June. it needs to be quick as I'll likely be checking them in the loo!!! The phone that was recommended does look really good and it did connect to the internet quite quickly. Any recommendations as I was thinking of a Blackberry otherwisex0 -
It's nice when a job goes well and you get good service isn't it?
I sometimes think that the staff see us as the enemy wanting them to fail so that we can write horrible reports.
If only they knew all the extra comments and effort required to justify the bad review lol!0 -
Maybe those doing them phone shops could do a sneaky check or two on some mobile internet offers and give us recomendations hehe.0

On the rail ways shops I was told we could buy additional items but the service times must be based on the item we have to buy and any issues with the additional things we buy do not come into the reports.

Just checked one of my accounts and I've got £51+ from someone but don't know who!!
It went in on Tuesday but it's not showing who it is from which it usually would by today. I haven't a clue as it doesn't tally with other amounts I'm due.
GFK is showing in my account today & Retail Eyes went in a couple of days ago. GR on it's way as you say, but nothing through the post from Abai though it is due soon.
It's a shame I've just had to transfer everything over to pay (some!) of my credit card!!0 -

hmm, could it be BARE? mine showed up on my online banking at first as just 'FOREIGN PAYMENT' (sinister!) but now it's updated to show the company name. I'm hoping my GFK & GR payments update during the night, but like you, they're going towards my credit cards0 -

Nope - not done anything for them for a while so god knows who it's from!
I'm all organised with my list of jobs written down in my accounts book - I will do it online soon Josie - but can't relate it to any job. I'm still waiting for a hotel payment from last month with TNS but it comes to double that.
I thought it was GR & I had marked down a couple of jobs as being paid when they hadn't maybe, but that goes into the Halifax, not Lloyds.
Oh well, as long as whoever it is doesn't want it back!
