Also which companys tend to phone from a witheld number and hang up on you before you answer? Been happening for the past couple of days and just happened as I typed my last question. Only 1 ring before they hung up grrrrrrrrrrrrrr

If you've got caller ID - GAP tend to come up as "out of area", GFK comes up as "private number", Retail Eyes actual telephone number comes up and Grassroots comes up as "no number". HTH

It was discussed a while back where the line "buy additional items at your own cost" had been added, and we were all thinking how can they go through all the receipts, and then only reimbursing the required drink. Someone rightly pointed out, they wouldn't put anything past RE. Too true.
But now to increase the reimbursment does make them look more appealing. I didn't pick any up this round, but would be intesrested to hear from those that did if they spend up to the limit......who is going to risk it. Its not worth asking them as they will say buy just what required. I asked them once can I buy additional items and they said no, but have done the job since and bought extra items and got the full reimbursment.

Ahhh! This might be why my phone keeps ringing once and then hanging up! Tres annoying... I was rather hoping that it was someone telling me I'd won a competition for a wii... well disappointed now :(

It doesn't make sense to allow us to buy extra items. By allowing us to buy extra items increases the service time and could easily make the service appear poorer than expected.

Thanks you two. I feel silly for asking but better safe than sorry.
Always best to ask on here, however silly it sounds.
The caller ID i get (on my mobile) for gap is unknown, for RE its withheld. Could depend on network. I hate it when it rings and you don't know who it is, usually when it does come through its some sales call:rolleyes:

Random question but are some people just constantly logged on to various MS Cos? Seems they always find the jobs. I log on when I can (usually tea time) and hardly see anything... well apart from the airport and train jobs on RE.
Only asking as I'm still trying to decide whether to splash out on a new phone (Blackberry) or a note book and internet dongle. Maybe if I can logg on 60 times a day I might get some jobs, that would scare the glasgow MSmaffia hahahaha

Ok Punk us Glasgow mafia like we don't scare so easy huh. You wanna wake up beside a dead horse's head.:rotfl:

Of course Nads, silly me. They should all make us buy a bottle of water (oh, they already do), that will make the service appear much better and of course the staff will smile, be enthusiastic about your purchase, and not forgeting answer any questions in a friendly manner.:rotfl:

I've got a BlackBerry and you can't get on a lot of the sites using it, certainly can't get on Gap or GfK - it can't cope with the format or something.

I was being sarcastic. I can see your point regarding timings. But whats the difference if they are allowing you to buy extra items at your own cost or theirs.
