Wow, I can't believe you all do so many jobs!
I am picking up on average one a week so far this year. I do work full time, though, and visit my boyfriend at weekends. I wouldn't be able to fit any more in!! If I were out of work, I'd definitely do more, as I quite enjoy it at the moment.

Delighted for you CP. Great to see someone in your circumstances get a break and nice for hubby too. Valentine's day too...so romantic.

Do tell us all the details how you get on.

    I can see your report.
Was the restaurant busy.........Don't know was gazing into hubby's eyes.
Were the plants well cared for......see above answer.:T

:D Thanks! It should be good, though I don't know about about the gazing into each others eyes part, I think we've been married too long for that malarkey! ;) I'll be staring lovingly into my large glass of wine and making eyes at the sexy food as it's carefully positioned in front of me :rotfl:

Hi Owlet I have done loads of these bank jobs. You put the results on 3 days after the visit or earlier if the bank ring you. Go through what you said in your post on the narrative bit of explain what happened on the visit. It isn't unusual for the MOS at the enquiry desk to pass you to someone else.
Do you mean when they phoned they didn't offer an appointment??

    HTH

Has anyone done a bank job for GFK? I could do with some advice. I was seen by a staff member who then got someone to help me, was taken to an interview room & given a booklet. Told to read booklet & then come in for appointment to open the account. Took my phone no & arranged date & time to ring. Was asked if there was anything else, so said AGAIN I wanted to open an account, what did they offer, what was the process to switch. Told to read booklet and all will be revealed when I go in to open said account.

Well, I'm not sure whether the assignment is completed. I was passed onto a second person who should have been able to help and taken to interview room (as brief says). However, I didn't get one ounce of info from her.
Or, do I wait for phone call and sign off the assignment then?
The phone call is just to book an appointment (as far as I can make out it is with the same person, but not 100% sure). She will tell me anything I want to know then.
I am caught in a grey area - between the two possibilities the brief says will happen!!

If anyone at all can help, I would be most grateful, I keep reading the brief & questionnaire but am none the wiser.

If I have put too much info in here, please someone shout & I will edit immediately![/quote]

Just explain in the report that you weren't given any information.....it's surprising how often a booklet and appointment is all that's offered.

Thanks johnny! If in doubt, do the lot lol. Makes sense. I think I had read it so many times, I couldn't see the wood for the trees

Bet Dave thinks you were having a one night stand. The scouse version of a dirty weekend if you will.:rotfl:

    Shush - don't tell him!:D

BTW - was it you who charged him £10.02 for a loaf of bread last week?!

He didn't even notice that the bill came to nearly thirty quid for a few basic groceries! I know things have gone up but........................!

I scan our shopping in now for something I'm involved in for research etc (the things I've got into since starting MS again!) so I noticed with doing that, but I would have realised at the till! Typical bloke!

We'll catch up soon HP - been in London again so next week for our coffee OK?

3 out of 22 so far in Feb with RE for me. TNS & GFK have been the stars this month with the odd few usuals from GAP. Last month RE jobs were 10 out of 25. Actually, looking back the last couple of months have been mainly TNS, GFK & OC.

WOW ellie, Cherry & mysterious, thats going some - well done :) I wish I had the time to do more. Mind you it would help if RE were to stop clogging up my page with airside visits - despite me not having them on my profile. Whats the point of filling it in??

Wait until they call or wait 3 days if they dont call and then fill the questionnaire with what happened. the job will then be complete I have done 3 of these this week.

Ha ha wasn't me honest. Yes next week sounds good for coffee. And still looking for nice decor ideas for my hall. Did a google search for wallpaper Glasgow....and got a shop called Timorous Beastie. Saw rather a nice one and clicked for larger view and details. £423 a roll. Jim McHale would be a nervous wreck.

I've just counted and I've already done 75 jobs since the beginning of January:eek:

I still have a few more lined up in February but I won't be doing any more of the RE pet shops. If I see "Please support your answer with a detailed comment" one more time:mad: when a yes or no should suffice and then they still want the full essay at the end:rolleyes: I've never worked for the company who did these ones originally but I really hope it is just a trial for RE and the contract stays where it is.

I feel your pain fabsaver. Did an animal shop today......it was fun instore but not at the computer screen. I don't think that half of what I wrote added any value to the report.

Thanks for that Hollypear. 1st MOS passed me to another (fine). 2nd MOS took me to interview room, asked what I needed (fine). Gave me booklet & explained nothing at all, zilch. Took my phone number & will ring at arranged time to make appt to go in & switch account to them. Told me to read booklet, which will reveal all about accounts available. Anything I'm not clear about she will deal with when I go in to open the account!!! (as if I'm going to do that on the strength of a booklet!). At the end I was asked if there was anything else she could help with, so I said again that I wanted to know about the accounts available and what I needed to do to switch. Again was told to read the booklet. Here endeth interview!

I suppose I will just have to wait for the pre arranged phone call, decline the offer to go in & open the account and report on what happened (or didn't).
One day I'll get a bank job that goes according to the brief & scenario (she dreams, watching the pig fly across the night sky!) :rolleyes2
