I hope they don't expect us to redo them after all the time it took us to do them in the first place:mad:

Why is it Ellie that RE are constantly " improving " ahem their website. The other MS'ing companies don't. ie I have never known ie GFK to change their's. If it is not broken WHY fix it is my maxim.Clique member no 1.:D0 -
I did a sports shop for RE on Friday. It was a good shop, but I was told a price for one of the items I was buying and was overcharged. So went home scanned the receipt and did the report, then called the shop to ask the price and they had overcharged so was told to take my receipt in to get the difference refunded. So need to phone Re in the morning to advised them, so I don't get blacklisted from said company for taking a item back (though I didnt physically) but they return it and resold it to give me at the correct price.
PHEW what a weekend glad it's over - just been a big kid and went out in the back garden half an hour ago to build a snowman with my pooch :j :rotfl: :j - oh happy days!!! :T:A The toughest form of mountain climbing, is getting out of the rut! :A0 -
All you people who spend ages trying to input to RE - why not answer the questions in word, paste the answers into their input site, and email them the resulting Word file the first time their site crashes? You are then in an excellent situation to take them to the small claims court when they don't pay you for the job... (yes, I mean it. I am not suffering on this wave but I am fed up with the way they treat us!)Ex board guide. Signature now changed (if you know, you know).0

AAAAAh that new editor for BARE has put the items back in my account as uncomplete as they want the answers numbered. They had shown as ok. The other things I have done with bare over the weekend have had their usual scoring and no word of number questions.:A The toughest form of mountain climbing, is getting out of the rut! :A0

RE site appears to be working okay this morning and have entered my two outstanding assignments.

Why are people complaining about Bare numbering system ? When you take the Bare basics test it fails you when you do not follow numbering in the report. When I failed the test first time around I was quite puzzled as to what I was doing and then figured out this wierd system they had. Its all there in their guide.0

I don't remember the details of that test it was so long ago. The reason I am objecting is that they've been happy enough with my non-numbered reports for the last few months - happy enough to score me 10/10 and yet suddenly I am getting 9/10 and being asked to do something that has never been mentioned to me before.
In addition, I see the 'additional comments' section as a summary/overview of each section of the call and don't feel that the comments will slot neatly into 2.1 and 2.2 - all you're doing there is explaining why you ticked yes or no in the boxes above.
If they are changing their requirements then they should tell us before we submit the reports, not after. As I said, I scored 10/10 on previous reports so they must have been happy with those.
If you have no problem with it, that's fine for you. I'm not suggesting that everyone should feel the same as I do. I'm just saying that it does bother me. I put a lot of effort into my reports and feel like they are moving the goalposts. It's not the numbering that bothers me, it's the marking down. If they had told me prior to the report that they wanted the comments numbering then I would have done it that way, but they didn't. I don't see why I should be marked down when I've completed the report in a way that scored 10/10 last time.
BARE have told me we should be aiming for scores of 8 and above, but if I get less than 10 I want to know why so I can improve. I thought I had improved because I have scored 10/10 on about half my reports.0 -

I am also fed up with the way they treat us. As self employed people we can't be expected to spend 3 or 4 hours on one report when the fee is less than the minimum wage for one hour:mad:0 -
I phoned RE earlier this morning about the site crashing yesterday. She sounded most puzzled and said that they weren't aware of any problems and no one else had reported anything  . Got the questionnaire done in the end today though, but it had only saved half the answers that I had inputted yesterday

Has anyone got any advise for pizza jobs (shed ones not fast ones!). I am doing one tonight but the ordering seems complicated lol. The more I look at it, the more confused I get -think I must be brain dead today. I take it that we order one pizza (if choosing that option) one appetiser & drinks to share between two?
Can we accept deals if they fall within the ordering specs?
