I'm sure this will be answered SOMEWHERE in this thread - but too long to go through it all, so please take pity on me.

just done my (first) MS job, and when I paid, found out the till wasn't working properly and they couldn't print me a receipt (argh). Have a handwritten one - but I could easily have done that myself.

Have emailed the contact person at RE - but what are the chances of me actually getting paid? Should I complete the questionaire or just abandon it and chalk it up to experience?

Rupe that should be OK. After all it is not your fault the till didn't work. Go ahead and do the report, upload a photo of the receipt and mention about the till somewhere in you report.

  • I'm giving up I'll try again later I have better things to do with my day than sit on RE all evening!

Me too - I've got enough to do without having to save every line every few seconds. It's a right pain. I'll wait until later on tonight to do it.

I wouldn't bother trying to submit reports until tomorrow when RE can give assurances that the website is working ok. I had just finished my report and was going to submit when it crashed again - it doesn't appear to have the work that I had saved now either . Off to have a big glass of wine instead  . Good job I'm not at work tomorrow but I will be well pi***d if I have to do the whole lot again.

Grassroots seems to be having problems as well. Unfortunately I have to input for both, GR and RE.

This happened to me a few days ago, I pressed the submit and it was taking ages and it eventually crashed but when I logged back in a clicked on the job to do it all again I was surprised to find it had all been saved and I was on the last stage where you press submit:D

I wouldn't mind but I've got 4 jobs on tomorrow. I don't mind RE making improvements but can they make sure that the damn well work first  There quick enough to call if they have a query but then they make life hard for us by messing up the website.
