She has responded to my email earlier this week and her IT bods have said there is nothing wrong with the site.

Well, I have just emailed Kelly and told her of the problems. Guess my career with RE will be over soon lol. At the end I said

"I did phone and report the problems this morning, but was just told that there were no problems! As we would say on our reports, 'The staff member did not seem interested and I did not feel valued!'"
Don't know whether to or now lol but I just couldn't resist!

I've just checked my Retail Eyes, and it had been saying Payment due 10/02/09 £x amount, but now it seems to have added that amount to my 25/02/09 payment.

This would have been my first payment through them and I'm not sure why it's done that.

Any ideas? or is this normal practice ?

Hey, yeah, they've done the same with me!!!!! What's going on? This is most unusual. They have never done this before. Looks like it's time for another complaint! :mad:

and me, I am very annoyed about this, my Husband has just been made redundant so I desperately need this cash.... grrrr. I be they come back with some excuse about snow and office closed for a few days, rah rah rah.

The easiest way to copy and paste is to use the shortcut keys, because quite often that function isn't always available on your tool bar.

So you highlight the section you want to copy (with your mouse) and then press the "control key" (Ctrl) and whilst holding control down press 'c' for copy and 'v' for paste.

Alternatively it is in your toolbar under edit. HTH
