My payment from RE doesnt seem to have slipped back - its showing as gone so hopefully has been paid as I could do with the cash thanks to going away this weekend.

Must have missed the phone jobs, hopefully something else will be loaded on today after theyve been shut most of the last week.

Well, I have just emailed Kelly and told her of the problems. Guess my career with RE will be over soon lol. At the end I said

"I did phone and report the problems this morning, but was just told that there were no problems! As we would say on our reports, 'The staff member did not seem interested and I did not feel valued!'"
Don't know whether to :D or  now lol but I just couldn't resist!

Well, just to update. I have just had a lovely phone call in response to this email. She was very apologetic and said that there had indeed been a problem with the server not talking properly to the slave. Therefore people were trying to access notes etc and input assignment results and the server was not sending the info to the right place. Hence the reason that the questionnaire was not saving. Their reviewers also had problems with incorrect information being shown and things not being where they should have been.
As regards the brush off I received when I phoned to report it yesterday, she is going to look into it and phone me back. I strongly suggest that you email Kelly if you had problems at the weekend, as things can be sorted.
With regard to the comment I made on my email lol - well she had a sense of humour and said that I had made a very valid point, that their customer service should be as good as well as everyone elses and there are no excuses for it being otherwise. Again, she is going to call me back later with an update.

You will find that if you do repeat jobs for RE, man y of the questions require EXACTLY the same text on many visits ('The staff member was well presented and smiled as I approached the till') - having a pre-set up file saves A LOT of time!

That's fab, thanks jobbingmusician :T . I have tried and tried to copy and paste into RE for that exact reason, it is so repetitive saying the same thing over and over again. When I right click to copy or paste I don't get any options come up, it stays blank as if I haven't right clicked at all. I will try your recommendation next time I put a report in. I am running on AOL so I will also try going through IE next time to see if that makes a difference.

I've been doing stamp assignments for a while and used to buy postal orders as the purchase item but it doen't seem to be on the list of allowed items anymore.

I really don't want to buy £5 worth of stamps or envelopes, anyone know if they're allowed now?

    Cheers!

Just competed the TNS application...very stressed, it was horrific!

Just picked up a nice animal related shop on RE loads around the NW, and at least these have a fee!

Sorry for any confusion caused with the wording-the photo is of one dish only and can be taken with a camera phone very quickly when no staff are around-we have been doing this for months and so far no shopper has had any problem with it-
