TNS reports are not too bad, but it does get a bit annoying if you answer a question where everything was correct and then you have to write a comment, they seem to need a comment for every answer. Fair enough they want detail but a question like... Did the member of staff wear a name badge Y/N, then they want a comment, um...Yes they did wear a name badge? Bit of a waste of time if you ask me!
  • Hi all, well i was actually complaining that December was really quiet...but have had several this month, a few audits, 3 big clothing retailers, a supermarket, toy shop, phone shops and that was all in the last two weeks..... i have a supermarket tonight.....cinema tomorrow, bank and two coffee shops next week......Feb not too bad....another few audits, 2 banks (with excellent fees!!) and two coffee shops at the moment so i am fairly happy!!! :j

But knowing my luck this will be my whack prob till April!!!! :(

There are still a few in my area...;)

Hi.......hope you are finding your feet on here!!! another tip im not sure if anyone has mentioned this before, i have set up microsoft excel spreadsheet to keep a note of all the job descriptions, dates, fees and other info to keep a record oof it, as there are times when you could get a few and lose track of what you have done and when you got paid?!?!

I have also got a few folders set up with the companies that im with so i can file any paperwork /receipts....... just an idea, im sure you will have your own system..

    Good Luck!!:D

You should take the name of the client out!

If anyone did the holiday phone call for RE this week, check your score, I was deducted 2 points for it being late (it wasn't). Also they took another 2 points off for spelling, I ran the spell check and the only incorrect spellings were due to them not recognising the destination, hotel and resort names. I phoned RE to query both deductions and the lady I spoke to said there was an error and they would add my points back, but so far only the late report points have gone back on.
Anyone else get points deducted for spelling? I can't be sure but I don't think there were any mistakes. What do the points mean anyway? Is there a threshold where you get really good jobs?

I'm pretty sure theres a reason for them at their end but not sure what if anything it means for us - ie they might give more weight to a report from a long standing, accurate, reliable shopper than a one who repeatedly cancels jobs, and submits poor reports. But no idea why we need to see them, as for the holiday job, I did one and lost points for late submission and got them back, luckily my destination and resort were recognised so cant help with that one.

I always get points deducted from them for late report submission when its a telephone job and I'm not even able to submit it until the next day. I repeatedly have to ring them up and they put the points back on for me. It's such a waste of time, they need to fix that little problem.
