If you feel this is immoral you could always include a line in the bit where they asked you what you had to eat/drink ('I had a lasagne, and this, together with my parking charges, came to a total of £x')

Thanks for that jobbingmusician, i did umm and ahhh at the time as the amount spent was a bit vague lol. Next time I will put it in & see what happens!

Correct- Gap always pay the whole reimbursement so if you spend under, they'll still pay you the maximum they originally offered.

It becomes a bit of a challenge to spend as little as you can to make as much profit as possible; my best was a 10p ruler from a computer shop on a reinbursement of much more!
