    I would just claim the max - as you don't need a receipt for extra drinks and have legitimately spent the money, they are unlikely to query. If they do query, you have an opportunity to explain! If you feel this is immoral you could always include a line in the bit where they asked you what you had to eat/drink ('I had a lasagne, and this, together with my parking charges, came to a total of £x')

    Thanks for that jobbingmusician, i did umm and ahhh at the time as the amount spent was a bit vague lol. Next time I will put it in & see what happens!

    Correct- Gap always pay the whole reimbursement so if you spend under, they'll still pay you the maximum they originally offered.

    It becomes a bit of a challenge to spend as little as you can to make as much profit as possible; my best was a 10p ruler from a computer shop on a reinbursement of much more!
