  • RE bumped me off the site. Now I can log in but do nothing. Another deadline looks as though it will be missed. It is taking up too much time here. I think I shall wait for the site to be working properly before I try for another assignment; it is doing my head in.
I allow a certain time frame to do the work and it's blown away. The fee is too small for the time it is now taking.

Are you 100% sure there wasn't one; did you ask a member of staff?

RE website states that there are 8500 jobs between now and Xmas
  • No. But I got a call from GAP today at around 2:00pm (they're in Australia so this is 1:00am their time!) telling me that in a recent burger job I did they think they clocked on who I was and she asked me if I wore my hair a certain way and was I pushing a pram? I said no, that wasn't me. It just makes me wonder, why are they asking? Anyone had anything like that before? Is they burger place playing back their video tapes to see who the MS is?

mg-i have heard that they do play the cctv back, and from the receipt they can deduce who you are. Don't know why they would bother as no one in a burger place gets a receipt, so they spot you instantly anyway.
ph- i saw that message also, here's hoping the new website can handle 8500 jobs. Has anyone else noticed that sometimes even when you have taken a job that you can only do one of, the other jobs will still be there.

haha...that is if you can report on anything. I can see the jobs but not report.

This is such a good game, I hope I can play it all night long.
You know how it goes, log in, bring up active job, write some words, error message, get thrown out. Start again.

Any new MS out there; do not start with RE, you'll be put off for life. And if RE is reading, do reply on here with an explanation of how we are to fit in with your deadlines.

    I'm going to lie down...
  • I am also having probs with a report for RE, have now tried five times and getting really fed up as I am going out later and don't know whether I will be able to do it now until tomorrow. Of course you can't ring them now as they are shut so what are you supposed to do? I have to go out to other jobs tomorrow morning but really need to get paid for this one due to the spend.
  • I've done a few mystery shopping jobs now and want to sign up for some more companies. Which ones do people recommend from the front page of the thread? :)

I'm already signed up to TNS, RE and GFK. Also, mysterious girl mentioned that Gap are based in Australia. Does this affect how you get paid?

    Thanks!
  • With GAP they pay into your bank account - I had no idea they were in Australia until today - I thought they were somewhere in Europe. I've never had a problem with payment, they pay in British pounds, but I've only been with them for about 4 months. Try BARE - they are in Europe and pay in euros but it also goes straight into your bank account and gets converted into sterling.
