Well the second site is a https Do you have any problems with any other secure sites e.g. banking?

No problems with secure banking sites on this computer, just off to check the other one.

Edit: The other one is okay too.

    Just found this.................
I have a Netgear DG834G v2 modem router with the latest firmware (V 3.01.3icon_cool.gif. It seems that this firmware does not allow msn to exchange info.
This must only be with Vista Ultimate as I have two other XP machines and another with Vista Home Premium.

I had to rollback the firmware on the router to the older V 3.01.25.

Anyone with the same setup and this works a treat!!!

Nope...I'm just looking at what other people have tried.

Some have updated their internet explorer.

Did you try completely uninstalling Zonealarm?
If so id consider a router RESET (but you need to know HOW to set it back for security purposes though ~ do you know how to?)

I am looking at the router not allowing msn.

I've checked the router settings and the firmware is V 3.01.25 not the updated version said to be causing the problems.

Completely uninstalling zone alarm makes no difference. :(

    no no

I ment to press the RESET button. Which resets the router back to its default settings. Meaning you would have to setup the wireless security etc again (If you know how to)

I cant see it making a difference to be honest but im running out of ideas now (this normally only works when the net doesnt work properly ~ but you never know)

One thing that you could try is simply disconnecting before doing a router reset to default settings.

Do you have a static IP or variable see here to get your IP address. If you don't have a static IP, disconnecting and leaving it for a while before reconnecting should give you a new IP address. The reason that this may help is that there have been various reports that certain ISP's have used new ranges of IP addresses that will not display certain odd websites. Worth a try anyway.

I haven't changed anything. I've just looked to see what settings I've got.
