Thanks hex - have had a look and its toooooo professional for me - I am definatley not at that stage!! I would be out of my depth there I think and I cant draw!!!! Will have to look locally and see what ther is - the other problem with your college is that I am in Scotland so the funding might have been a prob.
Good luck - at least now I have you and flower to ask for help!!!!!

    toots xx

I can't draw either, and I have no colour sense or taste - I thought it might give me a set of 'rules' to work too. Ask at local college, a lot of funding aorund at the moment depending on your circumstances.

Five minutes late but I will join you in the HHC. I can get the dyson out now that DS2 has woken up :j  .

Ya know that we don't have fees up here right? You apply for course, you get in, you apply for bursary and your fees are paid, even if you dont actually qualify for a bursary.

Unless it's night classes, in which case you can still get some for free.

Go and see your local college.

I'm full time on a NC course (3 full days) and get childcare paid (for DS2 thats 5 full days as he has 'special needs', for DS1 3 days after school care), I get just short of £400 a month bursray and my husband makes a good wage working full time too.

Oh and I only have to turn up 80% of the time, which is good given the way DS2 has been lately!
thanks tia - think I am too old to go to college now - dont have the confidence or the health - dont know if I could cope with a course - but will think about it!.
everybody here inspires me to do something when i here about you studying and going to college/uni/ courses etc I now wish I had done more with my life.
