  • Hi all oyu lovely flyladies! just can't seem to find time to post much at the moment - work is getting less stressful - the HT was actually quite nice to me yesterday when I found a way of saving 3k in the budget for 2010-11 - so we can now set the budget officially - I'm so glad I only work 4 mornings - couldn't cope with full time just yet!
So, I keep lurking and checking the list so I try to do a level 1 most days but Fridays is a day for doing more - including cleaning DDs carpet where she was sick yesterday! Obviously being OS is getting through as she asked me if I could use gloop to clean her carpet or if Stardrops would be better - had to smile! Kids love their MACAWs and are quite good about htem which is making my life easier as I include tasks like setting/clearing the table and making beds which was very haphazard before. I'm doing mine too - handcream 2x daily this week! AndI findI'm drying the sinks each time I use them too to keep them shiny - but I can't quite get to grips with matching pegs!!!
    Anyway - here's my morning's total:
    4 x WM
1 x DW unloaded and reloaded
    2 x bathrooms cleaned
upstairs paintwork washed - hall and stairs to do
damp dusted DS and DDs rooms
carpet cleaned (yuk) - mind you the bicarb took away the smell last night when I cleaned up the mess so it was just a matter of dealing with the stain.
    hob s & s
Just need to hoover and dust lounge and I'll be done!:T
Have a good weekend all - hugs to all who need them and hope sick littlies get well soon - mine both have racking coughs (hence the sick!)
    Kindles!
    Sealed Pot 617 - target £150 only managed £27 in 2009!

    what's a 'meat box' ??

    *up on soap-box alert*

I order my meat online from a freedom food monitored farm. I feel pretty strongly about intensive breeding/rearing issues, so I get my meat this way. It's dramatically different in taste, texture, freshness and over-all quality. The only meat I buy in the supermarket is free range chicken, as the farm I use don't rear poultry.

    *off soap-box now*

I love it mOZzy, and so do the children. The first time we had steak from them we all got a protein rush! Seriously our heads were buzzing!

Talking of which, it's just arrived.... so I'd best get it unpacked and in the freezer!
