  • Today's list:-

    Sort fridge
    [STRIKE]
    Water plants
Empty bags of gibble from under front room table
    Test smoke alarm
    [/STRIKE]Collect DVD from sorting office
    Grocery shopping
    HHI

Doesn't seem like I've done much but the bags were full of stuff left over from our wedding - tea lights, organza, serviettes, millions of cards, place settings etc so i've chucked a load and found new homes for the rest and front room looks loads tidier. Have just got to glue the arm back onto the groom gibbon as it's fell off before I have a bash at varnishing them both sometime this weekend (the gibbons were on the top of our cake)

Off to explore the fridge and do a s&s and chucking session before I do my shopping list - hopefully not much to chuck as have meal planned a bit better this week

pigpen - how's the squashed kitten and does DD4 feel much better?

DD4 is bouncing around like there is nothing wrong with her.. in between dashing to the loo to spew.. lol

The cat is glaring at me lol.. I'll let her out next week when it is half term and I am home all week so can keep the door open so she can come and go as she likes. They never go beyond the garden the first few times out so she should be ok.

    Where is today going?

DD was up last night being sick. Judging from what she said I think it was a case of her eyes were bigger than her belly at tea time  Let her sleep in my bed just to be on the safe side but she slept right through and then we had hysterics this morning when I said she shouldn't go to school. Its the last day of term and there's a prize assembly today that she didn't want to miss. So I took her in, informed the teacher and considering I haven't had a phone call since I'm guessing a dose of school has done her wonders ;) Amazing that really. :rotfl:

Been to town, handed in my time sheet and found out that I'm on a course on Tuesday  They did ring me and left a voice mail but I haven't received any voice mail  Good job I asked. Then I came home via the bank (paid in my CC cheque which in theory will clear my overdraft), and a couple of shops en route to the bus stop.

Right, plan for the rest of the day :
    • Job application form (including a copy of my CV)
    • Avon order
    • EBAY PARCELS
    • Clear paperwork pile from desk
    • STUDY!!!!!!:o
    Right, best shift myself

Sarah good to see you NOT on here :p ( i hope you ARE doing your shopping?!?!)

*patting herself on the back* Yes, I was doing the shopping, I don't know why, but I felt really reluctant to do it.... Anyway it's done now, I managed to spend £98.00 in LIDL!!!!!!!!!      .... Mind you, I did say... we had no food left! I've ordered my meat box, that'll be coming next week, so that's us £200 lighter! *groan*

But, i've enough food to last ages... Right, haven't actually unpacked said shopping, so off to do that now, and make lunch/coffee.... and make a start on next weeks lunches for the children....

  • Well it was well worth having a fridge/cupboard forage - i've only thrown away a bit of a loaf that was past saving and some soggy crispbreads and I reckon that I don't really need to go shopping after all, at least not for another few days so money and time saved sport-smiley-001.gif

Just need to bounce on down to the sorting office to pick up my DVD then come back to tackle the ironing - might even watch the DVD at the same time to make the ironing more enjoyable - and the suns out :D - yippee skippy sport-smiley-001.gif

Going to swop the washing around, have lunch and then give myself 1 hour to do DS3 room - bed already changed, other 2 kids sheets in the machine.

My headache isn't shifting :( Got so much to do and I'm in pain! Wonder if I go and lie down in a darkened room for 20 mins it'll go.
Fluttering about an inch off the ground, I may fly properly one day and soar in the clouds!
