Hi Sandra,
I've added your post to the Nigella Christmas thread. If you look at post #57 in that thread gingernutmeg has added a link to the recipe.

Does anyone reckon that kitchen aid gave her all those blenders, in every book seems to be a different colour!! Does anyone else have so many tins and containers as this lady has. But I do love her work and her food always goes down well here.
I'd love to make all those chutneys and spiced peaches, but jam jar lids are impossible to find, I have kept 1 or 2 but do I wash them in the dishwasher too?? If you know where to get lids could you please let me know. thanksPenny xxx
Old age isn't bad when you consider the alternative.0 -
You can get jam jar lids from Lakeland, but I've no idea if they'd only fit Lakeland's jars ...0

How lucky am I :j :j :j
Yesterday I saw the posts about the Spruced Fir Tree Bundt tin as Nigella used on Tuesday. I checked out all the soureces suggested but all were out of stock.
I had not even mentioned wanting one to my wonderful OH but he must have noticed me drooling during the programme.
He arrived home last night and said he had bought me an extra Christmas present which I might want to have early to use. YES!!!! It was the tin :j :j :j
He found it in a cookware shop at the end of Deansgate, Manchester. Don't know the name. He did say that they only had 8 and had already had loads of phone calls so I guess they will be out of stock too now.
