    Congratulations Gymfiend, what great news!
Nunnygirl -apologies if I'm going over old ground (264 pages is too many to go back and check), but I'm currently trying to lose the remains of my baby weight (from 4 years ago!) and someone has pointed me in the direction of the www.foodfocus.co.uk website which I'm finding really helpful. I'm not sure of your circumstances, but for me, I have real issues with my will power and I'm finding the particular features on this website really helpful (in particular the way it moniters my food consumption against a recommended allowance and shows what that day's saving in calories equates to in weight loss). Hope this might be helpful?
;) Working hard in the hopes of being 'lucky' ;)

    I'll give them a go.

On This Morning earlier (had to watch something while painter was here:o:rotfl:) the Doctor was talking about the article about having sex every day. He said the best thing to do is have sex everyday in the week before OV and then a few days after;)
....oh and male cyclists have a low sperm count!!

Thats what we do from about CD10-18. As far as I know OH has no issue with his swimmers so we just got for it, more is actually more it seems :p

Hi Guys, you are still going strong.

HUGE congrats Gymfriend, i am so excited for you, fantastic news :):):)

I am not so happy to hear that cycling reduces sperm count, although i did suspect this. Does anyone know how long the affects last, say if OH was to cycle for 3 days a week, then a two day break, would his sperm be better off on the third day?

Anyway, job going well, and the sun is glorious, wish i was out in it a bit more! Oh well CD6 or 7 today, so may start peeing in a pot tonight or tomorrow and use some of these ov sticks.

Loads of sticky baby dust to you all :)
