Hayfever can be horrible I know, OH suffers really badly from it and I try to sympathise through his coughing and sneezing all over me! So hugs to you both.

Funny you should talk about a heron paying you a visit - I had a sparrow hawk in the garden trying to swoop up one of our little brown jobs the other day! Well, as my BIL is always saying, they're not called sparrow hawks for nothing :rotfl:

So busy at work today, it keeps flooding in! As it has been quite for a while, I'm wondering if we're seeing those new shoots here... at least I will get some overtime in!

    Hi everyone,
Oh has relented and agreed treadmill can go in the conservatory! SO just have to get it here now, it weighs an absoloute tonne!

Gymfriend, I have found it virtually impossible to lose weight for the past few years and I never used to. I can lose a few pounds then nothing and I'm sure it is down to the tumour. America seems to be way ahead of UK on research with tumours and have done a lot more investigation regarding weight gain with the tumour. I was reading a post the other day from someone in USA who's consultant is one of the top specialists in the country and he has said that he considers weight gain and inability to lose weight one of the biggest symptoms of the tumour. Something to do with insulin resistence being affected by the prolactin.

Well still keeping positive again for this month, perhaps month 27 will be our lucky month! I certainly hope so! That would mean a valentines baby!

Becs, that's great news! You obviously have very good persuasion skills...

I will keep everything crossed for you this month, as luck won't be needed by me for anything else for a few weeks yet!

    Thanks MadMac,
I think I've heard the expression "dog with a bone" on a few occassions!:rotfl:

Thank you for your wishes of luck, I think we need a few BFP's from some oldtimers on here. I think there's a few of us on here who have been trying this TTC for too long now! Enough now Mr Stork it's our time to move on!

Happy Birthday Emmzy - I'm so sorry AF turned up to ruin your day :(

Well I'm now on Day 14 of my LP & don't know what is going on! My cycle is longer than normal because of the mc pushing back the first stage but I know when I ovulated so expected my LP to still be 12 days as normal.
I used 3 ebay cheapies running up to Wednesday as that was when AF should have been due & then used a First Response on Tuesday morning (which have always been 100% accurate for me) all of which showed BFN. I didn't test yesterday morning eg the day AF was due or this morning as I am out of ebay cheapies & don't want too waste anymore FR & I have no symptoms - but also no AF! I'm sure I'm not pregnant so wish AF would hurry up so that I'd stop letting myself think "What If".

    Argh.

Lots of baby dust to everyone.

Happy Birthday Emmzy! Sorry about the crap present your body has given you... x

Buckscoop, sounds nasty - hope you can rest up and be pampered accordingly. Get well soon x

Nikabella, could you cycle still just be settling down again? In which case your LP might be slightly longer, so don't give up hope yet and just wait and see x

Sorry for short notes - am on a late lunch and must get back to work!
