interesting conspiracy theories, edwinac
all entirely feasible, of course.
Hader looked as though he had been drinking just before he left in the car, but i must admit i thought it looked a little suspicious.
you seem to have missed out Steve Fossett, though0 -

Haider `controversial`? He was a fcking fascist, glad he's dead...
Conspiracy !!!!!...you get everywhere.0 -
Geir (Oliver) Haarde, that's another fine mess you've got us into

It's all above board, Brown has acted illegally against his own laws.
Disgraceful.
Educate yourself a bit. Brown did NOT act illegally. Stop trolling.YouGov: £50 and £50 and £5 Amazon voucher received;
PPI successfully reclaimed: £7,575.32 (Lloyds TSB plc); £3,803.52 (Egg card); £3,109.88 (Egg loans)0 -
With intemperate words like those, Mr Haarde should take care.
He's cut the odds of falling victim to an "accident" in a light aircraft. The Kennedys seem particularly prone to that type of tragedy. War critic, Senator Paul Wellstone also fell victim, more recently.
Or Haarde could suffer a fatal "fall" while hill climbing. stumbling to his death like Al Qaeda myth-buster, Robin Cook MP, tragically did in August 2005.
Haarde now risks a sudden and massive heart attack, of the type that cruelly snuffed out the life of John Smith, the late Labour party leader. Smith's death ushered in the regime of the Bilderberg protege, Anthony Charles Lynton Blair, who, fortuitously, was ready to take office on Smith's vacation.
Anyone see what just happened to Joerg Hader, another political outcast? Hader, the "controversial" governor of the Austrian province of Carinthia, was killed in a tragic road "accident".. Oops-a-daisy.
hehe.. thanks, that was the most amusing post I've read on this forum in a while.. thanks for cheering me up! :rotfl:
Conspiracy theorists always crack me up.. they're almost as amusing as scientologists. Fact is, anybody can have an accident and die. Being famous doesnt make you immune to having an accident - as much as we or they might like to beive that it does.
Princess Dianna, Josef Hader.. two sides of the same coin. Road accidents kill thousands, including the rich, famous and powerful. Accept it, its real life.
And back on topic.. Brown certainly didn't act illegally, the contrary is true - and they know it.0 -
I was listening to an interview on Radio 4 the other day in which it was stated that it wasn't anti-terrorist law that was used in the case of Icelandic assets. It was just a case of a general purpose Act Of Parliament having 'terrorism' in its title.
To inject a note of optimism:

Edwin, look at Haarde's words carefully:
"that the British authorities may have caused immense damage with their brutish behaviour. Among other, they may have brought down Iceland’s largest company with their abuse of power this week.
That gets you and me off the hook.
According to Isofa, the whole collapse was caused by you and me and all them udder doom 'n' gloom dudes posting in these forums.
And we were innocent all along. In the field of investment, 99 per cent of everything is garbage. Why? Because we have "gearing". - Robert Beckman0 -
This Icelandic PM is a joke. He says contradictory things by the hour. One minute it's every country for itself, the next we're all close friends and they can pay us back quickly. One minute he's stealing the hard earned savings of UK citizens, the next he's criticising our government for doing the same with the assets of Icelandic banks.0
