My wife already had an account, they usually call you when you set up the account before they do anything to the order, they check what organisation you work for for etc and confirm your details. This is done before your first order is even processed so they may be ploughing through the new accounts opened trying to work out what to do.

i was thinking that when it was originally posted - as they usually only supply to business's such as nurseries and education depts. however when i ordered 3 (one for each of my workplace) in the additional comments i referenced the 3 places i work for and said i am happy to verify these addresses if at all concerned.Give blood - its free0 -

I don't know if its any help, but these cookers are being mentioned on the childminders thread of netmums, as well as on here. People seem to have started receiving the goods but lots of damage in transit, so lots of queries trying to get replacements sent out x0 -

My status on the account still says none and no money gone either. I went on to netmums earlier but i couldnt find the link to the cookers, has anyone got it.The most successful people are those who are good at plan B.:)0
