bargain kids cooker under £15 and delivered

Have to be honest and say that I've never seen this level of ignorance before. Everyone that has had a misprice in the past has at least had the dignity to firstly answer emails, secondly to leave customer accounts active, and thirdly to send an email to all concerned to explain things (even if its a we're working on it type holding email and then a sorry, but no chance).

I was thinking about buying something else from them. Glad I didn't now.

No money has come out of my account, and still no reponse to any of my emails asking why I can't get into my account.

I have just tried calling them and an automated message kicks in saying they are having large number of calls so try emailing instead. Done this several times and still no answer - shocking service !

I wonder if anyone who has received their orders ordered something else with the cooker. Maybe that could sway them as to whether you get the cooker or not. not knowing how long delivery could take though doesn't help at all with knowing whether they will ever send the cookers.

I have just tried phoning too and they still have the message on there about high call volume...rubbish I wouldn't have been able to get through if there was high call volume. Going to try emailing but not holding out much hope!

I have the same message on my acount as everyone else (those who can still log in that is!). I notice the cooker is back on their site at £150+. Very disappointed that we've had no contact at all from this company.

I think they meant other people on another forum have recieved cookers, not them iyswim

i called them and got throu it did take 8minutes to answer but at first they didn't have my order on the system but the very happful lady put me back on hold as she need to look inother department as they have afew problems with their system only to come back and say the do have my order :jand it hasn't been processed yet, due to the system problems and there is also a delay on delivery and i could expect it in 6 - 8 weeks due to supplier delays. ( i think that is due to high demand!!!!)

For that price i don't care how long it get to me but that it turns up!!!!! (it will be here before christmas at least.:rolleyes:

she did say they have a few problems from the autumn sale that they are ironing them out as well and promised that the order will be place on system asap!!:T

sorry it not the great's info you all were needing. hold onto our order numbers.
